Rise and Radiate
Today’s session: 5 moves

Sunrise Breathing
2 minStand tall with your feet together, arms by your sides. Inhale and sweep your arms out wide and overhead, lifting your gaze. Exhale and bring your palms together at your heart center, chin slightly tucked. Repeat slowly, 6 times. Each inhale opens you up to the day. Each exhale draws your energy inward. You are radiating from the inside out.

Roll-Up to Standing
6 repsLie on your back, arms overhead. Exhale and roll up through your spine, reaching past your toes. Continue the momentum to rise all the way to standing. Inhale at the top. Exhale and reverse the movement, lowering through standing, folding forward, and rolling your spine back down to lying. This is peak core control. Every vertebra moves with intention.

Swimming with Extension
45 secLie face down, arms and legs extended. Lift your chest and legs higher than before. Flutter your opposite arm and leg with purpose and energy. Inhale for 5 counts, exhale for 5 counts. Feel your entire back body light up. You are stronger than you were. Swim with confidence.

Kneeling Side Kick
8 each sideKneel tall, then lean to your right side, placing your right hand on the mat directly under your shoulder. Extend your left leg out to the side at hip height. Inhale and swing the leg forward. Exhale and sweep it back. Keep your torso absolutely still. Your core and obliques hold you in position while your leg moves freely. Switch sides.

Radiance Rest
2 minLie on your back in a starfish shape, arms and legs wide. Close your eyes. Breathe deeply and feel your body buzzing with energy and warmth. You started this program wanting change. You have become the change. Rest here and feel yourself radiating.
