Day 23 · Radiate, Embody & Bloom
Feminine Power Flow
Today’s session: 5 moves

Wave Breathing
2 minStand with your feet hip-width apart, hands on your lower belly. Breathe in and let a wave of movement ripple up through your body: your pelvis tilts, your spine extends, your chest lifts, your head rises. Exhale and let the wave reverse back down. Feel the fluid, dance-like quality of this movement. Your body is water. Let it flow.

Mermaid Flow
8 each sideSit with your legs folded to one side. Inhale and reach your arm overhead in a wide arc. Exhale and spiral your torso forward, reaching your arm down and across your body. Inhale to open back up. Exhale to return to center. Each rep flows into the next like a dance. Feel the stretch through your waist, the rotation through your spine, and the openness through your chest.

Swan Dive Prep
6 repsLie face down, hands by your shoulders. Inhale and press up into a gentle back extension, lifting your chest with elegance. Hold for a breath, feeling the front of your body open. Exhale and lower with control. Think of a swan arching her neck. There is power in the grace, strength in the softness. Keep your lower belly gently drawn in throughout.

Standing Pilates Flow
4 repsStand tall. Inhale and reach your arms overhead. Exhale and roll down through your spine, walking out to a plank. Lower to your belly. Inhale into a Swan. Exhale and press back to all fours, then to a Downward Dog shape. Walk your hands back to your feet. Roll up to standing. That is one cycle. Each one should feel more fluid than the last. This is moving meditation.

Feminine Power Rest
3 minLie on your back, one hand on your heart, one on your belly. Breathe deeply. Feel the rise and fall. There is a particular kind of power that comes from softness, from fluidity, from moving like water instead of force. That is your power. It is feminine. It is fierce. And it is entirely yours.
Pink Pilates Tip
My feminine power is soft and fierce at the same time. I move like water, and water shapes mountains.
