8 repsPlace your fingertips on your chin. Gently press as you draw your chin back. Hold 3 seconds.

Upper Trapezius Stretch
Hold 30 sec each sideTilt your ear toward your shoulder. Use your hand for gentle added stretch.

Jaw Release
10 repsOpen your mouth wide, then slowly close. Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth and relax your jaw.

Levator Scapulae Stretch
Hold 20 sec each sideTurn your head 45 degrees, look down toward your armpit, gentle stretch.

Neck Retraction Holds
6 reps, hold 10 secDraw your head straight back, maintaining level chin. Hold and breathe.
