Hold 30 sec each sideSit with both legs bent at 90 degrees, one in front, one to the side. Lean gently forward.

Figure Four Stretch
Hold 30 sec each sideLie on your back, cross one ankle over the opposite knee. Pull the bottom knee toward you.

Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch
Hold 30 sec each sideLunge position, back knee down. Tuck your pelvis and lean gently forward.

Clamshells
12 each sideLie on your side, knees bent. Open and close your top knee like a clamshell.
