Four-Week Breath Journey

Lie on your back. Spend one minute breathing into your belly (Week 1). Then one minute breathing laterally into your ribcage with TVA engagement (Week 2). Then one minute combining both with a full-body awareness (Weeks 3 and 4). Feel how your breath has evolved over four weeks. From learning to breathe again to breathing with your whole body. This journey is written into your nervous system now.

Core Journey Flow

Flow through the signature exercises from each week: Pelvic Tilts and Dead Bug (Week 1, 4 reps each), Roll-Up Prep and Hundred Prep (Week 2, 4 reps each), Criss-Cross and Teaser Prep (Week 3, 4 reps each), Full Teaser and Plank to Side Plank (Week 4, 4 reps each). Transition smoothly between each. Exhale on every effort. Feel the progression in your body.

Waist and Hip Journey Flow

Move through Knee Drops (Week 1, 4 each side), Clamshells (Week 2, 4 each side), Side-Lying Waist Lifts (Week 3, 4 each side), and Kneeling Side Kicks (Week 4, 4 each side). On each exercise, notice how much stronger and more controlled you feel. These are the same movements, but you are not the same person.

Standing Integration

Stand tall. Perform 4 Standing Roll Downs, flowing into 4 Standing Oblique Crunches each side, then 4 Standing Mermaid stretches each side. Feel how your standing work has evolved from basic posture awareness to full, confident, flowing movement. Your body integrates everything you have learnt when you are upright and moving through life.

Deep Integration Rest

Lie in your favorite resting position. Close your eyes. This is the second-to-last session of your reset. Tomorrow is your Bloom Day. But right now, just rest. Feel your body humming with four weeks of gentle, powerful work. You have integrated the breathing, the core engagement, the waist work, the confidence. It is all part of you now. It lives in your body. Tomorrow, we celebrate.
