Posture Activation

Stand in front of a mirror if possible. Plant your feet, soften your knees, and stack your spine: pelvis neutral, ribs over hips, shoulders back and down, head lifted as if a golden thread pulls you skyward. Breathe deeply. Notice how you stand now compared to Day 1. This is the posture of someone who knows her own strength. Hold this and breathe.

Swan with Confidence

8 reps

Lie face down, hands by your shoulders. Inhale and lift your chest, pressing gently through your hands. Open your collarbones wide. Lift your gaze slightly. Hold for a breath at the top, feeling the openness across your chest and heart. Exhale and lower with control. Each rep is a practice in opening up, in taking up space, in showing the world your heart.

Kneeling Arm Circles

8 each direction

Kneel tall, core engaged, arms extended out to the sides at shoulder height. Trace small circles with your arms, gradually making them larger. Exhale as they pass behind you, inhale as they come forward. Reverse direction. Keep your shoulders down, your spine tall, and your core steady. Beautiful posture is not just how you stand. It is how you move through the world.

Standing Balance Flow

6 each side

Stand tall on your right leg. Inhale and lift your left knee to hip height. Exhale and extend your left leg forward, hands reaching alongside it. Hold for a breath. Bend the knee back in. Lower your foot. Switch sides. Your core holds you steady. Your breath keeps you calm. Balance is confidence made physical. Wobbling is perfectly fine. Staying present through the wobble is what matters.

Heart-Opening Rest

Place a rolled-up towel or small pillow under your upper back, between your shoulder blades. Lie back over it, arms open wide, legs comfortable. Breathe into the front of your chest. Feel your heart open. This is the posture of confidence: an open heart, soft shoulders, lifted gaze. Let your body memorise this feeling. Carry it with you when you stand, walk, and move through your day.
