Full Body Scan
3 minLie on your back comfortably. Close your eyes. Scan from toes to crown. Notice how your body feels compared to Day 1. Where do you feel more open? Where do you feel stronger? Where do you feel softer? Simply observe without judgement.

Favorite Exercise Flow
5 minChoose 2 or 3 exercises from this week that felt best for your body. Flow through them at your own pace. There are no rules here. This is your time to move intuitively. Let your body choose what it needs.

Supported Fish Pose
Hold 60 secPlace a pillow or rolled towel under your upper back. Let your chest open wide, arms relaxed by your sides or overhead. Your head can rest on the floor or another pillow. Breathe into the openness across your chest. Let your heart space expand.

Gratitude Breathing
2 minInhale and think of something you are grateful for about your body. Exhale and release anything you no longer need: old stories, comparison, criticism. Each breath is a quiet exchange. Gratitude in, old weight out.
