We tried harder. It didn't work. So we tried softer. And everything changed.

Pink Pilates Club is where we landed. Not a gym. Not a programme that yells at you. A community of women who discovered that the gentlest approach delivers the fiercest results.

One Woman's Frustration Became Thousands of Women's Solution

I'm Becky Andrew, the founder of Pink Pilates Club. I spent two years doing HIIT four times a week, cutting carbs, and doing a hundred crunches every morning. My lower belly didn't budge. My nervous system was fried. My body felt like it was working against me.

Then I discovered gentle Pilates targeting the deep core, and saw more change in 7 days than in 2 years of grinding.

I didn't keep it to myself. I built Pink Pilates Club so no woman would have to go through what I went through. A place where soft movement delivers real results. Where femininity is celebrated, not sidelined. Where women choose bloom over burnout.

Today, I run Pink Pilates Club with a group of other Pilates instructors, building programs, curating studios, and creating recipes for a growing community of women who refuse to hustle their way to health.
