REFUND POLICY

1. Our Commitment

At Pink Pilates Club, we stand behind our products. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are available.

2. Digital Product Refunds

2.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For all delivered digital products, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you complete the program as instructed and are not satisfied, we will issue a full refund.

To qualify for a refund, you must:

  • Complete the entire program (e.g., all 5 days of the 5-Day Kickstart)
  • Provide evidence of completion (e.g., progress tracker, photos, or written summary)
  • Request a refund within 30 days of product delivery

2.2 Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email hello@pinkpilatesclub.com with “Refund Request” in the subject line
  2. Include your order number and purchase date
  3. Provide evidence of program completion
  4. Explain why the program did not meet your expectations

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3. Pre-Launch Validation Refunds

3.1 Validation Model

Some products operate on a validation model where we collect pre-orders before creating the final product.

3.2 Automatic Refund

If we do not reach the minimum number of pre-orders (typically 10) by the specified deadline:

  • You will automatically receive a full refund
  • The refund will be processed within 7 business days
  • You will be notified via email

3.3 Pre-Delivery Refunds

If you purchase a product during the validation period and change your mind before the product is delivered, you may request a full refund. After delivery, the standard 30-day money-back guarantee applies.

4. Community Access Refunds

4.1 7-Day Free Trial

If your purchase includes a 7-day free trial of our Skool community, no refund is available for the trial period (as it is free).

4.2 Monthly Membership

For monthly community memberships:

  • You may cancel at any time
  • No refunds are provided for partial months
  • Access continues until the end of your billing cycle

4.3 Lifetime Access (Included with 28-Day Reset)

If you purchase a product that includes lifetime community access:

  • Refunds for the product follow the 30-day guarantee
  • Community access is revoked upon refund

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Partial completion of programs (you must complete the entire program to qualify)
  • Change of mind after 30 days
  • Failure to download or access products due to user error
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines resulting in account termination

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

6.1 Contact Us First

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us at hello@pinkpilatesclub.com before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

6.2 Chargeback Consequences

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Permanent ban from Pink Pilates Club
  • Revocation of access to all products and community
  • Legal action to recover costs

7. Late or Missing Refunds

7.1 Check Your Account

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company (processing may take additional time)

7.2 Still Missing?

If you still haven’t received your refund after checking with your bank, contact us at hello@pinkpilatesclub.com.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you purchased the wrong product, request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the correct product.

9. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund:

  • If you completed part of a program but not all
  • If there was a technical issue affecting product quality
  • At our discretion on a case-by-case basis

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
