Chin Tucks with Resistance

8 reps

Place your fingertips on your chin. Gently press as you draw your chin back. Hold 3 seconds.

Upper Trapezius Stretch

Hold 30 sec each side

Tilt your ear toward your shoulder. Use your hand for gentle added stretch.

Open your mouth wide, then slowly close. Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth and relax your jaw.

Hold 20 sec each side

Turn your head 45 degrees, look down toward your armpit, gentle stretch.
