90/90 Hip Stretch

Hold 30 sec each side

Sit with both legs bent at 90 degrees, one in front, one to the side. Lean gently forward.

Figure Four Stretch

Hold 30 sec each side

Lie on your back, cross one ankle over the opposite knee. Pull the bottom knee toward you.

Lunge position, back knee down. Tuck your pelvis and lean gently forward.
