8 repsStand with your back flat against a wall. Slowly slide your arms up and down like making a snow angel.

Chest Opener Stretch
Hold 30 sec each sideStand in a doorway, arm at 90 degrees on the frame, lean gently through.

Thread the Needle
6 each sideOn all fours, slide one arm under your body, rotating your upper back.
