8 each directionStand tall, circle your arms in large sweeping arcs. Open your entire chest.

Final Alignment Check
Hold 60 secStand against the wall. Heels, hips, upper back, head. Breathe into your full height.

Celebration Pose
Hold 30 secStand tall, arms wide, palms up, eyes closed. Feel how your body holds itself now. This is your new normal.
