2.2 Community Access

Some products include access to our private Skool community. Community access is subject to separate community guidelines and may be revoked for violations of community standards.

2.3 Product Delivery

Digital products are delivered via email immediately upon purchase confirmation. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring our emails are not blocked by spam filters.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

3.2 Early Access Pricing

Early access pricing is available for a limited time or until a specified number of units are sold, whichever comes first. Once early access ends, standard pricing applies.

3.3 Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due.

3.4 Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may suspend access to digital products or community until payment is resolved.

4. Validation Model

4.1 Pre-Launch Validation

Some products operate on a validation model where we collect pre-orders before creating the final product. If minimum pre-order thresholds are not met:

  • You will receive a full refund
  • The product will not be created
  • No product will be delivered

4.2 Delivery Timeline

Validated products will be delivered by the date specified at time of purchase. We will notify you via email if delivery timelines change.

5. Intellectual Property
